1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Crazy Time Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Application and delete it from your device.

3.2 Account Security

We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunction:

• Any activity that gives unfair advantage

Violation of these rules results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
